Bringing a space together

A good interior starts with how you use it.

How do you move through the room? What would you like to keep? Where do you need quiet, and where should people come together? ÇANKAYA DESIGN turns these questions into a clear direction, with a considered layout, connected materials and a character of its own.

01

A direction for your space

A clear starting point for your interior. We bring everyday use, circulation and the atmosphere you want into a considered spatial concept.

  • Design direction and mood board
  • Proposed layout and zones
  • An explanation of the design choices

02

Choices that work together

Colour, materials, furniture and light shape how a room feels. We help you choose with the whole space in mind.

Concept studies

Three spaces. Three ways to experience them.

A calm home, a welcoming restaurant and a compact workplace. These studies explore our approach to layout, light and materials.

Every commissioned project is designed afresh around the space, its use and the agreed scope.

From first question to design

Clear steps. Considered decisions.

01

Understand your space

Tell us what you want to change and how you use the space. We discuss existing information, preferences, budget and any details still needed.

02

Agree the design scope

Your proposal sets out the design work, deliverables, fee and schedule. Measurements, any site visit and technical coordination are discussed in advance.

03

Develop the design

We work through the agreed design, discuss the choices and incorporate the agreed feedback. You receive the images and documents included in your scope.

A conversation that fits

Your space starts with your story.

Read the information in Dutch, French, English or Turkish. Tell us your preferred language in the enquiry; we agree practical communication arrangements before the project begins.

Before we begin

Your questions, clearly answered.

What do I receive from an interior design project?

Depending on your needs, the scope can include a mood concept, proposed layout, material palette, styling advice or visualisations. Your proposal specifies the documents and images you will receive, along with the number of feedback rounds.

How do we get started?

Share the type of space, its town or municipality, your ideas and an indicative design budget. We review the information needed before discussing a defined proposal. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a project.

Can we work remotely, and do you visit the site?

Many initial discussions and design decisions can happen remotely. Whether a site visit is needed and possible depends on the space and scope. We agree this beforehand, including any travel or measurement costs.

What does my budget cover?

The budget in the form is for the design fee. Furniture, materials, building work and installation are not included. The precise fee, VAT, deliverables and additional costs are set out in the proposal before work starts.

Do you also provide technical drawings or construction?

The core service is interior design and advice. Structural work, permissions, technical calculations and construction are not automatically included. We assess separately whether a qualified architect, engineer or other appropriate professional is needed.

Can I buy furniture or materials from you?

This website offers a design service, not a furniture shop. Suggested products are design choices, not promises of stock or price. Purchases are made with the chosen supplier; any purchasing support is agreed separately.

Which space would you like to change?

Tell us what you have in mind. We will review your needs and discuss which design step could bring the most clarity.
