The information we use
A design enquiry includes your name, email address, location, project choices and any information you add. Business name, phone number and approximate area are optional. Do not use this form to send identity documents, sensitive information or passwords.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to understand your needs, contact you and prepare a proposal at your request. We do not automatically add you to a newsletter or sell your details.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored on the server outside publicly accessible website files. Access is limited to handling enquiries. Technical providers may process information on our behalf for hosting and any email service.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not lead to a project is kept for no longer than twelve months after the last substantive exchange. We then delete it unless there is a specific reason to keep it longer. Different administrative retention periods may apply when a project is commissioned.
Cookies and local preferences
This website uses no advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Your browser may store your language and non-personal project choices. Your name, contact details, location, area and message are not saved in that local draft. Necessary session information protects form submission.
Accessing or updating your information
Email info@cankaya.be to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about how it is used. Depending on the circumstances, you may also object to processing or request a restriction. You can lodge a complaint with Belgium’s Data Protection Authority: dataprotectionauthority.be.
